Let the adventure begin!

India is one of the places in the world that I have always wanted to visit. The Taj Mahal, like Angor Wat, is one of my must sees before I die. Tomorrow we (mother and I) set off on our tour of India. We are on a package tour so we will get to visit the major site however we have also scoured the web to find the places to see off the tourist trail to try and experience as much if the real India as we can. If anyone has any alternative suggestions do let us know.

The tour will take us to Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore National Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan and Shimla and should give us the opportunity to experience many areas of India.

So, passports ready, cases full of sweets and pens for the children we meet as well as the entire stock of Boots imodium just in case, and we are ready to go. Next time we blog we will be in Delhi!

Ps. I am going to apologise in advance for spelling errors, from previous experience this iPad auto spells words without me knowing!
